I dont think this loss rules them out. they were playing the #5 team on the road and lost by 7 or whatever. If this game was in Uconn, they probably win by DD, and if at a nuetral site, they win by 4-6

I am one happy Mother F*&ker today. Didn't want to jinx myself so I posted no plays but boy did I unload on Pitt today.

They already played at UConn and UConn won by three and if anyone watched that game Pitt outplayed them most of the game. Pitt was up by 15 late today until UConn started hitting some garbage threes.

UConn will not be a #1 seed unless several teams ahead of them get upset between now and the tournament. Miss St, Gonzaga, and Pitt all benefited from UConn's loss today.

My Four #1 seeds as of right now would be:
Duke
St Joe's
Stanford
Pitt (Miss St right behind them followed by the Zags)

just my opinion on who should be but that doesn't mean it will work out like that.

It appears to me that thrillofgambling doesnt have a clue as to what he/she is talking about. On what are you basing your stupid logic on that if the game was at UConn that Uconn would win by 7 and then your neutral site logic????

Black & Gold hit the nail on the head about the first game they played AT UCONN. Pitt did outplay them but came up short (covered the number easily). If these 2 teams meet in the BIG EAST Final which will be played on a neutral court, give me Pitt +6 and back your prediction up.

If your going to talk in these forums try to know what your talking about before you make yourself look really stupid.

I am a big UCONN fan, but I can tell you that they have struggled all yr on the road. There
inability to shoot foul shots will knock them out of the tournament. The loss of Marcus Williams, the back up PG is hurting them
already. Calhoun's early technical foul set the tone for this game. Pit scores 7 straight pts right after the tech. He has been doing this
for yrs.
